Bio

Manisha Kankarej is an Assistant Professor in department of Mathematics and Statistics, University College, Zayed University. She has joined Zayed University in August 2010. Prior to that Manisha was teaching in National Defense Academy, India where her duties included teaching the cadets of Army, Navy and Air force. She has over 14 years of experience in teaching Mathematics to the students of graduate and postgraduate level which includes Topology, Functional Analysis, Theory of Relativity, Complex Analysis, Linear Algebra, Vector Calculus, Numerical Analysis and Calculus. She has experience of teaching students of different cultural background. Manisha has got her doctorate in Pure Mathematics , from India. Her current research interest includes Differential Geometry and the Application of technology to enhance students learning.
