Bio

I am working as a laboratory research assistant in Zayed University since Feb. 2015 up to present.I have a degree in Bachelor of Arts and Science in Nursing, license is registered in the Philippines,I am also a Certified Sterile Processing Department Technician.My expertise are in health science and my work responsibilities are organizing and sets up preparation for laboratory experiments under the general and advance science courses.I operate and maintain the College's laboratories and workshops installation, demonstration, and testing samples, equipment and facilities. Deals with techniques and instrumentations particularly microbiology, molecular biology, physiology ,chemistry instrument and experiments.Mostly Handle microbial libraries and perform microbiological assays: monitoring of culture growth; and conducting microbial isolation, identification, enumeration and phenotypically characterization. Provide technical assistance in preparing commonly used media, bacterial and chemical solutions; maintaining stocks of laboratory reagents and supplies. Perform microscopy and imaging tasks. Conducting experiments under defined conditions to verify various types of hypotheses using refined scientific methods.
