Bio
Fida Al Omari is a senior instructor at Zayed University's College of Natural and Health Sciences. She holds a Master's Degree in Mathematics from Concordia University and completed her undergraduate studies at Beirut Arab University. She has over 14 years of teaching experience and coordinating different courses at Zayed University. In 2022, she received the "Teaching Fellow" (FHEA) certificate and a Certified Associate certificate from the Blackboard Academy. Fida has also completed professional development courses in digital teaching and AI in education, where she received a “Certified Associate” certificate from the Blackboard Academy. She actively contributes to student support initiatives, organizes workshops, and plays a significant role in course development. She has served on various departmental and university committees, including student affairs, faculty affairs, and hiring committees.
