Bio

Asmahan Saleh is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with more than 13 years of experience in the field of child psychology and behavioral intervention. She holds a doctorate degree from Queen’s University Belfast. Her research focuses on Autism, adolescence, and sexual health education in the Arab world. Her thesis focuses on sexual health education and safeguarding procedures with an emphasis on cultural consideration for the Arab world. Asmahan’s experience includes children and adolescents with varying forms of behavioral support needs and diagnoses. She is also a founding member of the Association of Behavior Analysis in Lebanon, and the co-author of a counselling children's book "The Day the World Went Boom". She has a special interest in working with adolescents on functional and vocational programs, community integration, and sexual health education.
