Bio

I am interested and intrigued about all aspects of sleep and particularly adolescent sleep. I have a strong research background in sleep across all age groups of the lifespan and how this behavior can contribute to a range of health and performance outcomes. I have won several prestigious awards and have received many invitations to author editorials relating to the most current sleep research findings. I have served on various committees of the Sleep Research Society and I am also a Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society. My sleep research has received international recognition and media attention.
