Bio

Dr. Maisa El Gamal is an Associate Professor in the Department of Life and Environmental Sciences, College of Natural and Health Sciences at Zayed University. She was employed by Zayed University in 2016 as an Assistant Professor in the University College, Interdisciplinary Studies Department then she shifted to the College of Natural and Health Sciences, Department of Life and Environmental Sciences in 2018. Prof. El Gamal recorded many publications in high-impact international journals and international refereed conference proceedings and coauthored four scientific books. Dr. El Gamal is an inventor 14 of patents that have already been granted by the Gulf Cooperation Council, United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), United Kingdom patent, European Patent, Canadian Patent, Australia patent, and Japan patent office. Currently, Prof. El Gamal interconnects with the Abu Dhabi Technology Development Committee to commercialize the patent technology and develop marketing material along with a list of potential licensees. Now, Prof. El Gamal is interested in mixture design creation and analysis using statistical programs to improve the quantity and quality of industrial production.
