Bio

Serena Aoun is an instructor in the College of Interdisciplinary Studies at Zayed University. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Educational Leadership. She obtained her Master’s degree of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Zayed University, UAE. She has over 15 years of experience in the education field. She has worked in private schools in the UAE and occupied positions in teaching and management. She is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA) and a certified QM Peer Reviewer. She also worked on numerous research papers related to teaching & learning, feedback, and educational leadership as a research assistant. Her research interests include teaching & learning, and educational leadership. She is currently involved in various research projects.
