Bio

Currently serves as an Instructor in the College of Interdisciplinary Studies. She received her Doctor of Education degree from the University of Liverpool in the UK. Ola has extensive experience working with first-year students, student transition, academic advising, and student affairs. She taught many general education courses such as Life Skills, Positivity and Wellness, Introduction to Scientific Research and Development, and currently teaching Applied Creative and Critical Thinking, and Expressive Clarity. Her research interest is focused on the following topics: Academic advising, first year students, and student persistence.
