Bio
Kristel O'Sullivan received her first MA (Film and Media) in Amsterdam and worked as a programmer and sales agent in the film industry for 5 years. After a gap year of volunteer teaching in a remote Aboriginal community, she gained her second MA (Applied Linguistics) in Melbourne. Since then she has taught at universities in Australia, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and most recently, at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Her research interests include the impact of online learning on language students, which she believes to be a critical area of academic inquiry at this time.
