Bio

Dr. Ivan Stetsyuk moved to Abu Dhabi from Canada where he worked as an Associate Professor of Finance (tenured) at the University of Quebec in Montreal. Dr. Stetsyuk previously taught at Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland. His research interests include executive compensation, hedge funds, and mutual funds. When teaching finance and other business courses, Dr. Stetsyuk incorporates into the curriculum his previous working experience in investment banking and private equity firms on Wall Street.

Dr. Stetsyuk is a member of the Financial Management Association and the University Club of Montreal. He earned an M.Sc. in Finance at Johns Hopkins University and a Ph.D. in Finance at Temple University. Dr. Stetsyuk is a recipient of the Fulbright Scholarship.
