Bio

Dr. Ganka Ivanova, CPsychol is a seasoned professional, residing in Abu Dhabi UAE since 2008 with experience in Higher Education, Research, Training, and psychometric assessment projects management, capability analysis and development,  learning programs quality control, licensing, and institutional effectiveness. She also had the privilege to support various UAE Government projects of MOD, MOI, MOE, ADEC, and Khalifa program, and initiated international research projects, using psychometric assessment tools. Dr Ganka has taught over 5000 students through the years while involving them in CSR events, exhibitions, and other individual growth opportunities that support Government priorities and pillars of development.

Dr Ganka Ivanova has reached the highest possible level in the British Psychological Society, UK  where she is registered as a Chartered Psychologist. She is also a   Full Member of the European Association of Aviation Psychology and a Registered Community Colleges Member of the American Psychological Association, USA.  Dr Ganka possesses Level A and P certifications, from BPS, UK, she is Hogan assessments, MBTI assessments, Saville Wave abilities and personality assessments, MTQ + and ILM assessments certified practitioner certified. In addition, Dr Ganka holds several certifications in Training Projects Management and Quality Control from City and Guilds UK: Certified SAT manager, ILM Quality assurance, and ILM assessor (City and Guilds, UK). She is a CIPD member and setting KPI certified practitioner. In 2022 Dr Ganka became an initiating part of a Global cross-cultural study research team, which involves over 85 Universities Globally where data is gathered with a psychometric assessment tool, designed by a team of psychologists at  AQR International, UK with the intention of findings to result in a  Global competency mapping book.
