Sonia Elhaj is a certified professional co-active coach with an MA in International Education and 20+ years of experience supporting the successes of over 6K students and professionals navigating life and work transitions in the MENA region and beyond. Through diverse expertise in teaching, training and movement modalities, Sonia taps into artistic expression, holistic coaching and wellbeing modalities to inspire peace and change and build educational programs that are empowering, sustainable and student-focused.
Sonia’s work- whether in life, career, or relationship coaching- is driven by her mission to support individuals and groups evolve beyond today’s scarcity-driven, busy-ness narrative to re-create balance, harmony and co-active integration between the ‘being’ and the ‘doing’, both in our inner- and outer-worlds. Whether through coaching, writing or mentoring, Sonia gently invites her audience to forgive, reframe, play, and surprise themselves: by embracing the infinite parts within, and by surrendering to that new version of themselves wanting to emerge. As a higher-education expert, Sonia synergizes the rigor of academia with her successes building and spearheading Liberal Studies, General Education and Coaching programs over the last 15 years to support the transition of the ZU community into the largest inter-disciplinary university in the region.
