Dr. Mostafa Mohamad is a scholar and industry expert in the areas of Digital Transformation, FinTech, Digital Innovation, AI for Business, and Business Analytics. Before joining Zayed University, he had 18 years of academic experience at Manchester Business School, Newcastle Business School, Leeds Business School, and Salford Business School. During that time, served as a director of PG programmes, a director of Admissions, and a deputy DBA director. Mo is well-known for his work in the ICTD community and at the world association of sustainable development.

Mo developed MSc programmes for FinTech & Business Analytics, which recruited over 400 talented students during the last 3 years. He also led major research funds for FinTech & Blockchain, and Technology transfer in the Energy & telecommunication sectors. Currently, he is the editor of the Journal of International network of Blockchain Professionals. Mo also supervised 13 PhD students and examined over 56 doctoral theses.
