Senior Administrative Officer

After graduating from Zayed University, College of Communication and Media sciences with a degree in Integrated Strategic Communication in 2012. I Joined Master’s program in Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University, School of Business and Quality Management and graduated with a degree in Innovation and Change Management.

Roles and Responsibilities

Operational Support and Coordination: 

-       Maintain cross-functional coordination between programs and department for multiple tasks and projects within a certain timeframe.

-       Project management, monthly reports and track work progress.

-       Ensure all operational tasks are applied and followed as per the guidelines.


-       Coordinates and prepares presentation, reports and translations.

-       Tracks financial expenditures and budget. Provide supports and monitor budgets.

Administrative Support: 

-       Organize college meetings, tracking, monitoring, and following the progress of items, drafting agenda, writing minutes and follow-up with every item.

-       Maintain travel arrangement and Business Development trips with various internal functions.

-       Holds Hiring files for the college Adjunct and Regular Faculty.
