Bio
Dr. Awad M. Ibrahim is a curriculum studies specialist. He had worked in several countries before joining Zayed University and was a UN consultant in civic education. He is interested in curriculum development, curriculum evaluation, critical pedagogy, popular culture and music and their use in teaching, child and youth studies, sociology of education, applied linguistics and research methodology. His current project is looking at the history and contemporary context of higher education in the GCC.
