Introduction
After graduating from Zayed University with a BA degree in English Literature, I worked as an ESL instructor at the Ministry of Education for 10 years before obtaining an MA degree in Translation from the University of Sharjah. I worked as a translator for five years before moving back to lecturing in 2020 to teach Academic Writing and deliver other relevant roles at the University College at Zayed University. I am now part of the College of Humanities College at Zayed University where I teach Business Communication and I also teach the College of Interdisciplinary College at the same University. I am also in the process of finalizing my PhD journey at the United Arab Emirates University majoring in Educational Leadership and Policy.
