1- Professor of Comparative Jurisprudence with the decision of promotion from Al Wasl University - Dubai No. (47) on 18/06/2019.
2. Associate Professor in Comparative Jurisprudence by the decision of the promotion of the University of Taiz No. (486) on 30/12/2009.
3- Ph.D. in Comparative Jurisprudence from Sana'a University, Faculty of Arts, Department of Islamic Studies, in 2004 with Distinction.
- Experience:
A- Experience in Education: Experience in university teaching in various stages in B.Sc., M.Sc. and Ph.D., for more than 23 years, most recently in the Department of Islamic Studies, College of Islamic Studies, Al Wasl University, Dubai, from 28/8/2012 until 18/8/2019. She has supervised many master's and doctoral theses, and has also discussed many of them.
Management Experience
* Head of the Department of Islamic Studies, College of Islamic and Arabic Studies, Dubai, from 1/9/2016 to 2/9/2018.
* Assistant Dean of Graduate Studies and Scientific Research at the College of Islamic and Arabic Studies in Dubai from 1/9/2015 to 1/9/2016.
* Rapporteur (Secretary) Council of the College of Islamic and Arabic Studies Dubai for the academic year 2015-2016.
* Assistant Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Islamic and Arabic Studies in Dubai from 1/9/2015 to 1/9/2016.
Research and Professional Activities
Research Interests:
Interested in everything that serves Islamic studies, especially Islamic jurisprudence, and guardian and follow-up developments and fatwas contemporary jurisprudence.
In terms of practical interest - teaching and arbitration - I am interested in: jurisprudence and theories, jurisprudence inheritance, jurisprudence of financial transactions, jurisprudence of crimes and penalties, family jurisprudence and social issues, legitimacy, the jurisprudence of the Prophet's Sunnah, the assets of jurisprudence.
Current Projects.
(Masculinity in Islamic Jurisprudence - A Critical Analytical Study in the Context of Marital Relationship).
(Male tendency in some scholars - analytical study in the context of married life).
