Bio
Reem earned her PhD in Educational Management, Leadership and Policy from the British University in Dubai. She started her teaching role at Zayed University in 2018. She has been working in higher education for more than 18 years and held different administrative and academic positions including the chair of the Department of Advising and Academic Development at Zayed University. She is a Higher Education Academy (HEA) Fellow. Her research interests include entrepreneurship education, alternative education, academic advising, and leadership in higher education.
