Bio

Fatima Salem Al-Mohsen, an instructor and field of experience coordinator at the College of Education. Fatima is an educator with a Bachelor of Education in English studies, a Masters degree in Educational Leadership from Zayed University and a Ph.D. Candidate for Management Leadership and Policy program from the British University in Dubai. She received a master's degree in Educational Leadership from Zayed University with honors and was honored by Her Highness Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak, President of the General Women's Union, President of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood, Umm Al-Emarat. She has ten years’ experience in the field of education. She worked in several places building her experience; she has been an English teacher in Dubai schools and served as an academic assistant on the twenty first century project. She also worked in different administrative roles at the college of education at Zayed University for three years. Her research interest is in teacher preparation and developing plans and initiatives to attract UAE people to the education profession.
