Introduction

Tatjana has been teaching English in Europe and the Middle East for over 20 years and joined Zayed University in 2008. She holds an MA in Applied Linguistics and has an interest in gender linguistics and critical discourse analysis. Since joining university Tatjana has taught a variety of English Language courses including Academic Language and Literacies, English Composition, and IELTS classes. She has also been involved in working with students with determination. She is particularly interested in vocabulary acquisition, and learner autonomy.
