Introduction

Sarah has over 18 years’ experience teaching English, academic English, writing, and academic skills in the UAE, Oman, and South Korea. She received my MATESOL from The University of London (UCL, Institute of Education) with a dissertation on English and Identity in Korea. Since then, she has achieved further postgraduate qualifications in Instructional Design and Teaching English for Academic Purposes. Sarah is currently also enrolled on a postgraduate course in Digital Education.

Sarah’s interests involve, but are not limited to, educational leadership, Learning and Development, academic writing, academic skills, assessment, curriculum, digital education, identity, language and education, and surveillance in education. She has vast experience in instructional technology, curriculum, and material development.
