Introduction

Raieda has over 30 years teaching experience in the USA and the UAE. Prior to joining Zayed University as an Academic English Instructor, Raieda served as the Academic Director of the English Language Programs Divisions at The Washington Academy of Languages. She also taught graduate teacher-training courses in the Graduate TESOL Certificate Program at Seattle Pacific University, in addition to teaching ESL/ESP/EAP courses at the UAE University, in Al Ain and the Washington Academy of Languages in Seattle.

Raieda is an advocate for inclusive education and Universal Design for Learning. She is passionate about teaching and supporting students of Determination and promoting an accessibility-friendly learning environment where all students have equitable access to learning.
