Introduction
Pinar Ozdemir Ayber earned her Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Hacettepe University (Turkey) and later completed her Master’s degree in TESOL at Aston University (Birmingham, UK). She is an HEA Fellow and a certified NLP practitioner. Her professional experience includes IELTS examination, teacher training and mentoring, curriculum and material development, course coordination, student counseling and ed-tech mentoring.

Research and Professional Activities
Pinar’s research interests lie in the areas of teacher feedback and error correction, development and evaluation of language teaching materials, cultural aspects of language in multicultural settings, neuroscience and learning to learn, PLN in education, developing critical thinking skills in learners, flipped classrooms, technology-based teaching and M learning.
