Introduction
After I finished my bachelor’s degree in Islamic law from the Islamic University of Madinah in 2002, I studied masters in jurisprudence and its origins at the University of Jordan and obtained the degree from it in 2004, then obtained a doctorate in jurisprudence and its origins from the University of Jordan in 2009, then went to Chicago to be The Director and Imam of The Prayer Center of Orlando Park for one year, then in 2010 I joined Taibah University in Madinah and worked there as a faculty member in the College of Arts and Humanities, and I stayed there until the end of 2020, and during my teaching at Taibah university I was promoted to the rank of Associate Professor in 2016, then To the rank of professor at the end of 2019, then I joined Zayed University to be a faculty member in the College of Humanities and Social Sciences - Department of Islamic World Studies in 2021.
Languages: Arabic and English.
Master Thesis Title: The Uniqueness of the Shafi’i School of Zakat and Fasting - A Comparative Jurisprudence Study.
Title of the PhD thesis: The exception to the rules of jurisprudence - a study of applied theory.
Research and Professional Activities
Research interests: general jurisprudence, comparative jurisprudence, fundamentals of jurisprudence, jurisprudence rules, objectives of Islamic law.
