Introduction

DR. AYESHA ALKETBI is Assistant Chair of Arabic, Islamic and Legal Studies Department, College of Humanities and Social Sciences Islamic at Zayed University. Assistant Professor at College of Humanities and Social Sciences Islamic World Studies Department in Dubai. She had her PhD degree, Islamic Studies in Philosophy in Jurisprudence and its Foundations from University of Sharjah. During her 20-year career in education she has contributed to the field in a number of different capacities such as Islamic teacher, applied technology Arabic lecturer, trainer, author, project manager, curriculum leader, editor, and researcher. She served in Institute of applied technology (IAT), Ministry of education and Islamic affairs department. She has presented her research at International Conferences, has been an invited speaker at various professional events and she has published papers and books.
