Introduction
Prof. Anas Abu Ata was promoted to full professor in 2014. He holds a PhD in Islamic Law (Sharia) Philosophy (Jurisprudence & Legislation) obtained in 1994. He held several administrative positions including: Dean of Islamic Law (Sharia) faculty, Dean of the Islamic Studies Institute, Chairman of Islamic Jurisprudence (Fiqh) & its Legal Sources.
