Bachelor of Sharia and Law, International Islamic University, Islamabad, 1988 to 1992.
Master of Islamic Jurisprudence, Islamic International University, Islamabad, from 1992 to 1996, with an average grade of 3.70 from 4.00.
PhD in Jurisprudence and its Principles, International Islamic University, Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), from 1997 to 2001, with an average grade of 3.92 from 4.00

Research Interest

I have my main interest in the field of Islamic jurisprudence in general and in personal status and inheritance in particular. I have a written book on "Rules on Inheritance" and been taught at Yarmouk University. There is another book on “Muslim Family: Educational and Jurisprudential view” that been taught for a long time and considered the text book of the subject of Family System in Islam. I have several published research papers such as The Role of Hisbah in the Protection of the Family, Principles of Good Husband-Wife Relationship and the Way How to Deal with Disobeyed Wives, and Amendments to the Jordanian Personal Status Law, and many other published researches.

My second interest is on the fundamentals of jurisprudence in detail, and the purposes of the Shari'ah and Fatwa, such as the fundamental relationship between reasoning by similarities and the purposes of the Shari'ah, and Ijtihad in achieving the mission and its relationship to the purposes of Shari'ah, and Fatwa through the media, and the role of consequences in understanding the legal texts, and the secondary resources such as Qiyas, Istihsan, Masaleh and Istishab to understand texts. And I have done many of the fundamental researches published and in scientific journals in many Arab countries.
