Bio
Dr. Frederic E. Conde, Professor of Practice is a distinguished educator. Most recently, Division Director, Professional Standards, Licensing and Evaluation for the Abu Dhabi Department of Education (ADEK), where for the last six years he focused on driving quality through national standards, piloting the launch of a teacher licensing scheme affecting 64,000 educators and pioneering “ADA’E” a bespoke, evidence-based, comprehensive performance appraisal system used by 15K teachers and designed to operationalize the national standards.
Research interests reside with leadership, management and execution to deliver improved services. Deepening his areas of interest, he plans to delve into how leaders use strategic planning, strategic thinking, capacity building, and SaaS approaches to execute strategy and launch initiatives that have real-world impact.
