Introduction
Nayel AlOmran is an Assistant Professor of Comparative Public Law. After graduating from International Islamic University (IIUM) in 2010 with Ph.D in Constitutional and Administrative Law. He worked in Malaysia prior to coming to the UAE for three years at University of Malaya (UM) as an Assistant Professor since 2012, and in 2015, he joined Al Ain University of Science and Technology for four years, and in 2019, he joined Zayed University as an Assistant Professor. Dr. Nayel has a track record of publications in international journals and some of them indexed in SCOPUS and that published extensively in the areas of constitutional law, Administrative Law, Administrative Contracts, International Public Law and Human Rights.
