Introduction
Dr. Fady Tawakol has more than 15 years of experience in Corporate and Business Law in the global market. Dr. Tawakol obtained his PhD in Business Law section. From 2010 till 2013, Dr. Tawakol has been working as a legal regulator in the Enforcement Department in the Financial Regulatory Authority in Egypt. He performed investigations and legal research on the potential violations of the security market law. Dr. Tawakol was a partner in Tawakol law office in which he drafts and negotiates securities and finance-related provisions for complex domestic business transactions. In addition to his legal work experience, Dr. Tawakol brings high technical and academic experience by being Assistant professor of Business Law in multiple universities across Egypt. In 2019 he joined Zayed University as an Assistant Professor of Commercial Law in the Abu Dhabi Campus.
