Introduction

Amr Taha Mohamed is an Associate Professor in Civil Law, chair of the Legal Studies Department at College of CHSS at Zayed university, and he was a Former Judge in the Egyptian State Council, he holds PhD in civil Law in 2006 from Cairo university. He has many books and scientific research published in Egypt and the UAE for example: The legal system for real estate development – a comparative study and, Telemedicine - a comparative study between French law and Federal Medical Liability Law - Legal Protection of Elderly Rights - A Comparative Study.

-           License of Law, Faculty of Law, Cairo University, first rank graduate rated as very good with distinctions (magna sum laude) | 1996.
