Assistant Professor Nezar Andary founded the "Documentary Theater Project" thanks to a grant he received from the Abu Dhabi Music and Arts Foundation. Nezar's project merges documentary and oral history into a screeen play that he wrote, and a theather production that he directed involving professional actors and ZU students.
