The College of Communication and Media Sciences (CCMS) is dedicated to excellence in professional education to serve the nation, the Gulf region and the global community and provides the United Arab Emirates (UAE) with the strongest bilingual graduates in the fields of communication and digital media.

With the dynamic changes in the media ecosystem and advances in communication technology, we are experiencing remarkable improvements in the ways in which we communicate, create and share value. With a solid educational foundation, and a technologically innovative, hands-on approach, CCMS forms the next generation of digital communication professionals. Guided by our expert faculty, in a diverse international setting, students learn how to develop meaningful messages that resonate with target audiences. The college’s curriculum addresses the demand for professionals in the converging and fast-changing media environment by providing students with concentrations attuned to the sectors and priorities of the emerging media industry in the UAE and the region.  

CCMS provides opportunities for students to develop professional, academic, and technical proficiency in communication and digital media. Students learn how to develop compelling messages, design media campaigns, and strategies and execute them professionally by building a conceptual process of traditional and digital media.  Students also have the opportunity to specialize in other fields related to communication, such as tourism, hospitality and event management. This will allow them to be part of one of the biggest industries in the world and to contribute to national development through tourism.
