Biography
Vlada Botoric received his PhD from Aarhus University in Denmark. He is interested in the intersections between marketing and brand communications and fan culture theory and practice. His research covers aspects of brand/fan relationship, trying to indicate how the fans and business practices are blended together in the value co-creation process. Mixing the business and fan base perspectives in his research, Vlada analyses fans practices using ethnography. He focuses on LEGO adult fandom, as one of the most creative and active brand fan communities in the world.
