Paul Lowman joined CCMS from ZU’s University College’s Interdisciplinary Department. 

He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Communication in Broadcast Journalism and a Master of Science Degree in Management Information Systems from Florida International University (FIU), Miami Florida. Before joining the ZU faculty, he was an Information Technology administrator at FIU, where he was responsible for implementation and maintenance of an Online Student Virtual Lab. Mr. Lowman has over 15 years of experience in Radio Broadcasting and Information Technology.

He is the former Program Manager or the National Broadcasting Corporation of St. Vincent and the Grenadines with responsibility for news and current affairs programs. As a computer systems administrator, he specializes in virtualization and process improvement. 

He is Six Sigma “green belt” certified.
