Bio

Dr. Zhang joined Zayed University in January 2013 in Human Resource Management in the College of Business Sciences. She earned her doctorate degree in Business Administration in Smurfit Graduate School of Business, National University of Ireland – Dublin, an MBA of Renming University in China, an M.Sc. in Engineering Hydrology in National University of Galway, and a Bachelor of Science in Hydrology in in China.

Before joining Zayed University, she has worked at Center for Creative Leadership (Singapore Campus), at Lingnan University (Hong Kong), at Emlyon Business School (France), and at Xinjiang University (China). She has had over twenty publications in Chinese peer-reviewed journals and several international peer-reviewed journals, including International Journal of Human Resource Management. Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of General Management, and others.
