Bio

Reynold earned a PhD in Management from Swinburne University Australia, where he lectured mainly Master students, since transitioning into academia in 2007. A specialist in Change Management and Organizational Design, he extensively taught courses including  Business Transformation & Change, SHRM, Entrepreneurship and HRM, SHRD, OD, OB, Organizational  Analysis, Global Strategy and Leadership, and  Business Ethics.

With a MBA [HRM & Strategic Management], and qualifications in Occupational Testing from the British Psychological Society [BPS, UK], Reynold worked  for  several  years as  an independent  management consultant [HRM/OD/Strategy]; industry / institutional management trainer, and senior manager [OD/ HRM/ SCM] within reputed global MNCs in India, the UAE and Australia. He had an early career as an armed forces commissioned officer.

Reynold’s research adopts a critical management slant and has been published in leading [ABDC / ERA A and A*] international journals. His research has been presented at reputed global conferences and several articles authored by him, carried in the UAE’s popular press.  His current research interests include institutional transplantation of management models and concepts across national and cultural boundaries, HRM in non-Japanese Lean environs, and Diversity Management in Top Management Teams [TMT].
