Bio

Lijie Song is assistant professor of production and operations management, having received her doctoral degree from the Zaragoza Logistics Center in the MIT-Zaragoza International Logistics Program.  She also received a Master of Engineering in logistics and supply chain management at Zaragoza, as well as a Masters of Logistics Management at RMIT University (AU) and a Bachelors of Engineering from Shaanxi University (CN).  While in her doctoral studies she also worked at McGill University as a graduate research trainee.  Her area of research is empirical research in health care operations management.  Her teaching experience has been in international logistics and analytical methods. Her research has been presented at major international academic conferences in her field.
