Bio

Dr. Laura Matherly teaches Strategy in the College of Business at Zayed University, Abu Dhabi.  She has extensive executive and consulting experience in training and developing strategic plans to improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency to meet and exceed customer expectations in companies such as ADNOC, Boeing Commercial Aircraft Group, Microsoft, R. R. Donnelley, Weyerhaeuser Paper Company and Kraft.  She has taught at Pennsylvania State and Texas A&M Universities.  Her current research efforts include achieving performance excellence in organizations through the implementation of total quality management and strategic scorecards in profit and nonprofit institutions.
