Bio
Khurram Raja joined the College at assistant professor of business law and ethics, having most recently been assistant professor of management and law at Abu Dhabi University. With a PhD in law from Lancaster University Law School (UK) and an MBA from the University of New Brunswick (CA), his research interests include business ethics, companies and commercial law, corporate governance, shareholders’ rights, law in its social context, Islamic law, and the interrelationship between law, business, religion and ethics. To date he has four peer-reviewed articles and his most recent working paper concerns corporate governance and ethics in Islam. His teaching experience includes business ethics, business law, corporate governance, employment and labor law, and international HRM.
