Bio

Eman Nasr has joined Zayed University in fall 2014 as an assistant professor of operations management. She has teaching experience at Wilfrid Laurier University, Ontario, Canada, where she obtained her doctoral degree. Eman started her career at IBM as a software engineer, and later as a business analyst.

Eman has presented in top international conferences including INFORMS, DSI and POMS, and has published in top academic outlets including European Journal of Operational Research and Technology Innovation and Industrial Management Proceedings. She has built a capacity to conduct multi-disciplinary research spanning areas of supply chain management, organizational theory, marketing and mathematics. She has also acquired abilities to conduct case studies, survey research, modeling using game theory and simulation techniques using various programming languages.
