Bio
Alejandro “Martin” Sposato is an assistant Professor in the College of Business. He has extensive experience working in several British institutions in both the UK and the UAE. Martin holds degrees from (BA) The University of Technology, Sydney, (MA) Westminster University, London, (IMBA) University of Applied science Bremen, Germany, (M.A) City University of Hong Kong, and a PhD. from Middlesex University, London business school in Female leadership.
Dr Sposato has published in globally renowned Journals such as the International Journal of Human Resources management or Management and organization review. His work has also been presented at a variety of conferences, including Academy of Management (AOM). Martin is an Academic Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) in the UK and a fellow of the Higher Education academy (HEA).
