Student Awards for the Year 2019

The student affairs committee of the College of Business recognized the outstanding students expected to graduate in the year 2019 under several categories that not only emphasize excellence in academic success but also other areas such as research and service. During the semester, a call for nominations was sent out to students and faculty in all the Business majors in Abu Dhabi and Dubai campuses. The following award categories were included:

Outstanding Undergraduate Student Award: winners in this category should demonstrate excellent academic performance in addition to excelling in at least one other area such as scholarship, leadership, or service inside or outside campus.

Outstanding Undergraduate Research Award: winners in this category should demonstrate commitment to research, either through the development of their own research or through contributions to faculty research.

Outstanding Campus Leader Award: winners in this category should demonstrate active involvement and leadership in departmental, university, and/or community activities.
