Bio
Dr. Sophia Soyoung Jeong is an Associate Professor at the College of Business at Zayed University, Abu Dhabi. She also serves as the Internship Coordinator for the College of Business. Prior to moving to the UAE, she taught at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Dr. Jeong’s research efforts focus on individual and group-level processes leading to cooperative behaviors in the workplace including social functions of emotions, trust, prosocial values, and ethics. Her work has been published in leading peer-reviewed journals, including the Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management, Human Relations, Journal of Business Ethics, Stress and Health, Personnel Review, and Journal of Management Education.
