Bio

Nagham Sayour is an assistant professor of Economics. She holds a Ph.D. in Economics from McGill University, Canada. She also holds an M.A. in Financial Economics and a B.S. in Mathematics with a minor in Computer Science from the American University of Beirut. Sayour taught many economics courses at both the graduate and undergraduate levels in several universities such as McGill University and the Lebanese American University. Her research is in the field of empirical microeconomics with special interest in labor economics, family economics, impact evaluation and environmental economics. Her research has been published in international peer-reviewed journals such as Health Economics, Journal of Population Economics and Labour Economics.
