Bio

Assistant Professor Jin Park received his Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities. His research areas include diversity, leadership, trust/conflict, teams, social networks, and organizational socialization, and his works have been published in top-tier journals including the Journal of Applied Psychology and Industrial Relations. He teaches Introduction to Management, Business Leadership, and advanced Human Resources Management courses.
