Bio
Dr. Badraoui Ismail is an assistant professor of Operations Management at the College of Business at Zayed University (ZU). He received his Ph.D. in Operations Research and Logistics from Wageningen University and Research in the Netherlands, and his research focuses on inter-firm collaboration in agri-food supply chains. He specializes in empirical research that includes both quantitative and qualitative methods. Before joining ZU, Dr. Badraoui worked as an assistant professor of engineering management at Abu Dhabi University (ADU), and as an assistant professor of operations and supply chain management at the International University of Rabat. Before entering academia, Dr. Badraoui worked as a project manager at the Agricultural Development Agency in Morocco, where he managed international development projects funded by international institutions such as the World Bank and the African Development Bank.
