Bio
Fathima Saleem is a faculty member in the Marketing & Entrepreneurship Department at Zayed University. She earned her Ph.D. from ESADE Business School, University of Ramon Llull, Spain, and completed part of her doctoral research at the Schulich School of Business in Toronto, Canada. Before moving to the U.A.E., she served as a faculty member at Toronto Metropolitan University, Canada.
Alongside her academic career, Fathima brings professional experience in branding and digital marketing. Her research focuses on internal branding and employee brand equity, with broader interests in sustainability, food waste reduction, and the circular economy. She collaborates with international faculty and has published in journals including Internet Research, Management Science, Journal of Product & Brand Management, and Marketing Intelligence & Planning.
