Bio
Dr. Alexandra A. Henderson is an Associate Professor of Management at Zayed University in Abu Dhabi. She holds degrees from Dartmouth College (BA), Lund University (MSc), and Bowling Green State University (MA/PhD). Dr. Henderson’s work appears in leading journals, including the Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Business and Psychology, and Stress and Health. Her work has also been presented at a variety of conferences, including Academy of Management (AOM), Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP), and Work, Stress, and Health (WSH). Her research is focused on occupational health, diversity/inclusion, and leadership. She has consulting experience in job analysis, leadership development, and psychological skills training. She currently serves on the College of Business’ Student Affairs Committee.
