I have experience teaching in a range of subjects, including leadership and history of business. Currently my teaching is focused on innovation and entrepreneurship, where I guide students through the processes of developing new ideas, starting businesses, and driving change within organizations. The course explores both theoretical and practical aspects of these dynamics’ fields, preparing students to navigate and lead in the ever-evolving business landscape
Research and Professional Activities
My research interests span leadership, business history, innovation, entrepreneurship, performance management and measurement, human behavior, and business psychology. Am keen to explore how historical business practices, leadership principles, and psychological insights can inform modern strategies for innovation and entrepreneurship. My professional activities include mentoring entrepreneurs, leadership and performance management, and examining how human behavior influences organizational outcomes. Through my work, I aim to provide a comprehensive understanding of what drives business success in both historical and contemporary contexts.
